2D CHARACTERS, SCENES AND 3D OBJECTS in our store come with a Standard License by default.
The Standard License allows you to use the graphic multiple times, in multiple projects. There is no expiration or end date of your rights to use the graphic, however, you do not have exclusive rights over it either, as anyone may purchase the same graphic and use it in his/her design projects. That means, you can not trademark a product that you purchase from our website.
After purchasing and downloading a digital art product (from the fashion illustration or digital art section in our store) you would also receive a commercial licence.
-Use our digital resources for personal projects.
-Use our digital resources in educational materials.
-Use our digital resources for commercial projects (see exclusions below).
-Use our digital resources in an unlimited number of projects with 200 sales. When you reach 200 sales you can purchase another license
-Use our digital resources in any form (digital or physical as printed on Tshirts, notebooks, etc.)
The illustration can not be used without the artist signature / Diartbar logo. If you would like a version without a signature, contact us for additional details.
You may NOT
-Claim copyrights to the resources.
-Use the resource on print-on-demand sites (Zazzle, Cafepress, Amazon Merch, society6, Redbubble, etc.). If you are interested in receiving exclusive rights, feel free to contact us.

Thanks for asking, yes we do. The delivery time and price for all custom made projects are discussed with each customer separately and depends on the complexity of the project. We also offer discounts for large orders. Feel free to contact us on any of the contact forms offered (social networks, email, or the website contact page) to discuss the details.
2D CUSTOM MADE CHARACTERS
The delivery time is discussed and set separately with each customer. We do characters and scens in CrazyTalk Animator/ Cartoon Animator for 2D.
The price for a custom made character is USD $130. It would be made by following your directions and ideas. We would keep the rights so we can sell it in our store too. The exclusive rights to the character can also be purchased and therefore the product will be only yours and won’t be sold in our store. The price for a character with this license is USD $350.
The scenes work the same way, USD $200 and we keep the rights, or USD $600 and the scene would belong only to you and we won’t sell it in our store or any other place.
PAINTED DIGITAL ART
The price for this kind of digital products is discussed and set with each customer separetaly. The rights for this kind of custom made art belong to Diartbar unless a license for transfering rights is purchased. This licence allows you to obtain ownership over the artwork, and resell it as yours. We will not be selling it in our store or any other place and all rights will be transfered to you. The price for a licence for this kind of art is $120.
You can use our graphics in a project for a client. Only you, as a customer. No one else is allowed to use/work with the files of your purchase.
Example: A client of yours assigns you to make facebook headers, campaigns, including characters; the client should receive only your final design product, but not the source files that you have purchased from us.
You are not allowed to use our graphics as a logo (or part of it), which will be trademarked. However you can purchase an exclusive rights licence for the product you would like to use as a logo. This can be applied only to the illustrations in DIGITAL ART and FASHION ILLUSTRATION section in our store. Contact us for the details
You may not use our products for any pornographic or unlawful purpose, to defame a person, to violate a person’s right to privacy or publicity, to infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, or service mark of any person/entity.
